Monitoring Surveys
Oracle Surveys conducts monitoring surveys both horizontally and vertically.  In the vertical plane, precise digital levels that have an accuracy of 0.2mm are used to determine deflection of floors and other surfaces.  Horizontally, we use highly accurate state of the art total stations to monitor commercial buildings, heritage buildings, existing diaphragm walls and other structures where movement detection is required.  Monitoring programs can be calculated daily, weekly or monthly depending on the project specifications.
