Feature/Site Contour Surveys Feature Contour Surveys are used for a wide variety of purposes such as obtaining a Building License for the construction of a new home and/or building extensions from the local government authorities, providing accurate site data to allow for design by architects, engineers and other professionals, to approval from the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) for subdivision. Boundary Re-establishment/Re pegs Re-establishment Surveys are used to define the cadastre (legal land tenure). It sets pegs at the legal lot corners of the lot. From re-establishing boundaries for new fencing to set out for extensions of a new home to providing legal lot boundaries for potential purchase of houses. You will receive a certificate that guarantees your lot boundaries which is signed by one of our licensed surveyors.
Tenancy Area Surveys Used in the calculation of rent/lease values in office blocks, shopping centres, commercial stores and business parks. Gross Lettable Area Retails (GLAR), Gross Lettable Areas (GLA), Net Lettable Area (NLA) are all forms of determining the area under the Property Council of Australia Guidelines.
