City Square
Oracle Surveys have been providing its professional services to this site for two years. City Square is set to be the tallest building in Perth and the surveying requirement is just as impressive. With the accuracy being paramount and no room for error Brookfield has engaged Oracle Surveys to maintain both vertical and horizontal attributes of this massive building. The development will comprise of both retail and commercial leasing space with the development encompassing heritage protected building such as Newspaper House and the Royal Insurance Building and is sure to change the streetscape of the ‘Terrace’.

Claremont Quarter
Oracle Surveys are coming to the completion of this mixed use commercial and residential building that spans across one of the most expensive leasing areas in Australia. The first stage is complete and comprises of many luxury apartments from floors 4-7 and boasts a massive retail area. With Stage 2 and the introduction of the Village Square this development will see a change in the Claremont Streetscape and make it a central node in the area for shopping and dining.
