Survey Strata Subdivision

Conversions and Mergers of Existing Strata Plans
Often existing Strata Plans only detail the external or internal face of the walls as the ownership of the lot. This method may define the remaining land as common property.

Amalgamations
In simple terms this is the joining of many lots in one lot.  Amalgamations are required by various acts in order create further subdivisions.  The process is control by the Planning Commission and it goes through the same procedure as subdivision.  Once the amalgamation is complete we will also be required to register a new title.  This will  provide a new lot number, Survey Plan number and Certificate of Titles number.  Oracle Surveys is well versed in all of the procedures and requirements in order to complete these types of subdivisions.
